Apply the fragrance mixture to your palms or wrists, warm them with the warmth of your hands, bring your hands to your face, and take 3-4 deep breaths. Apply as needed.

Before use, we recommend conducting a sensitivity test: apply the mixture to the elbow, if there is no reaction in the form of itching or redness, use an aroma roller according to the recommended method of application.
