How to Practice Neuromeditation Correctly?

Choose a safe place with no distractions.

For maximum effectiveness, practice in the morning and evening.

• Any copying, downloading, modifying, and distributing of materials without the permission of the copyright holder is prohibited by law.
•  Age limit: 18+
