Valerian, hops, passionflower have calming and relaxing effects on the nervous system, help to fight sleep disorders.

Ginkgo biloba helps reduce vascular permeability, activates brain function by improving blood circulation and boosts energy metabolism.

Leonurus helps stabilize heart rhythm, potentiates a soporific effect and reduces the increased excitability of the nervous system.

Vitamin B6 is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters — chemical transmitters of the nerve impulse.

Magnesium inhibits the processes of excitation in the central nervous system. Promotes relaxation of vascular muscles.

TERM OF USE: for sale to the population as a biologically active food supplement — an additional source of vitamin B6 — containing magnesium and valenic acid.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals. The duration of supplementation is 1 month.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breast-feeding. Use with caution when driving vehicles, operating machinery and equipment. Is not a medicinal product It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.
