iGen Personal Consultation

What you will get from the consultation: 

• Live analysis. The expert will go through each section of your report in detail (nutrition, sports, disease risks, intolerances).
• Answers to questions. You will be able to ask about anything that remains unclear.  Nothing extra — only specifics related to your genetic passport.
• Personalised recommendations. You will find out which products are truly beneficial for you, which type of sport will yield maximum results, and how to adjust your lifestyle considering your genetic features.
• Result. You will start acting consciously, based on knowledge of your body.

When purchasing a personal consultation, you receive an electronic certificate for the service. The certificate is not provided on a physical medium.

The personal consultation can only be used once. It is valid exclusively for analysing the report obtained from the results of an individual iGen genetic test and cannot be used for third-party testing.

How to use the iGen personal consultation?

• You need to go to the Telegram bot @Greenway_Smart_Bot
• In the 'Genetic Tests' section, select 'Book a consultation'
• You will enter a chat with a specialist; write to them, and they will book you in for a convenient consultation time
• Inform the specialist of your test code and the order number when purchasing the iGen personal consultation
• The consultation takes place online. After booking the consultation, you will receive a link from the specialist for the consultation

Please note: after booking a consultation, it cannot be cancelled, only rescheduled. Rescheduling a consultation must be done no later than 48 hours before the consultation. If you do not attend the consultation at the scheduled time and do not exercise the right to reschedule, the consultation is considered provided.
